Phil Van Hooser just spoke at the NSA/Northwest chapter and then meandered down to speak at the NSA/Oregon chapter. He stayed with my husband, Bill, and I on the way. I have to say, Phil is a hoot! He is a deep thinker but has lots of fun, too.
